Enjoy the summer season with the below non-alcoholic cocktails:

1. Mojito

Recipe:

Glass:
Rocks

Ingredients:
1tsp Brown Granulated Sugar
Juice of 1 Lime (35ml)
8 Mint Leaves
50ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend
Sparkling Water to Taste

Garnish:
Fresh Mint 

Method:
Muddle the sugar, Lime and Mint at the bottom of a glass. Add the Borrago and Ice and stir. Top up with sparkling water for taste 

2. Classic Cup

Recipe:

Glass:
10oz Sling or Collins

Ingredients:
50ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend
10ml Balsamic Vinegar
200ml Quality Tonic 

Garnish:
Cucumber, Orange, Lemon, Mint and Strawberries 

Method:
Stir the Borrago and Vinegar in a large ice filled glass. Top up with Tonic. If you like it a bit sweeter, you can use Lemonade instead of Tonic 

3. Summer Garden 

Recipe: 

Glass:
12oz Collins

Ingredients: 
50ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend 
20ml Lemon Juice 
20ml Cucumber syrup 
10 Mint Leaves
Sparkling Elderflower 

Garnish: 
A cucumber ribbon and a good sprig of mint. 

Method: 
Churn all of the ingredients except the Elderflower over crushed ice in a tall glass. Top up with the Sparkling Elderflower. 

4. Cantaloupe Cooler 

Recipe:

Glass: 
10z Sling or Collins 

Ingredients:

50ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend
100ml Melon Syrup ( 1 Cantaloupe Melon and 100g Sugar, See Below) 
2 Mint Leaves 
50ml Sparkling Water 

Garnish: 
Cucumber Ribbon, Melon Ball and Mint. 

Method:
Make the Melon Syrup: Heat 100ml of Water and 100g of Caster Sugar until dissolved. Boil for two minutes. Add 300g of Melon and Liquidise. Makes 400ml. 
Put the Borrago, Syrup and Leaves in an ice filled shaker and shake well for a couple of minutes. Strain into an ice filled glass. Top up with Sparking Water, garnish and serve.  

5. Childrey Cocktail

Recipe: 

Glass: 
Collins

Ingredients:
50ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend
1 Tablespoon ginger syrup
4 Mint Leaves torn up
4 Basil leaves Torn up
150ml Tonic 

Garnish: 
Basil, mint and ginger

Method:
Put the Borrago, syrup and herb into a shaker with a dash of water and shake well. 
Strain into an ice filled glass and top up with the tonic.
Garnish and serve.

6.Passion Fruit Collins 

Recipe:

Glass:
Collins

Ingredients:
50ml Borrago #47 Paloma blend
25ml passion fruit juice with the pips
25ml lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
Sparkling water to top up
Lime to garnish

Garnish: 
Garnish with lime and serve.

Method:
Stir all the ingredients except for the water in a mixing jug over ice. Pour into an ice filled highball glass and top up with a touch of sparkling water.

7. Lemon Mojito 

Recipe: 

Glass: 
Hitch Ball

Ingredients: 
50ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend 
6-8 Mint leaves
1 Sprig thyme 
25ml Fresh lemon juice
1 Teaspoon granulated sugar 
Crushed ice
Sparkling Water

Garnish: 
2 Lemon slices
Sprig of mint
Sprig Thyme 

Method:  
Muddle the herbs, juice and sugars in your glass. Add the crushed ice and Borrago then churn with a spoon.
Top with crushed ice and sparkling water 

8. Watermelon Wozer

Recipe: 

Glass: 
Old fashioned

Ingredients:
50ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend 
25ml Lemon juice
15ml Simple syrup
5 x 1 inch watermelon cubes
2 Torn basil leaves

Garnish: 
Watermelon 

Method:
Muddle the watermelon in a shaker cup, add the Borrago, lemon juice, torn basil leaves and syrup. Shake well over ice. Strain into an ice filled glass and garnish.

9. Tropical Tumbler 

Recipe: 

Glass: 
Wine

Ingredients:
50ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend 
100ml Orange and mango juice ( or 50/50 orange and mango juices)
15ml Sugar syrup
50ml Tonic water

Garnish: 
Dried orange slice

Method:
Stir the ingredients one by one in an ice filled glass and garnish.

10. Green Fizz

Recipe:

Glass: 
10oz Rocks

Ingredients:
50ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend 
25ml Basil Syrup
25ml lemon juice 
2 Fresh sprigs of basil

Garnish: 
A large sprig of basil 

Method:
Shake all the ingredients well over ice and double strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
