Ingredients:
50ml Borrago # 47 Paloma Blend
4 Basil Leaves
4 Strawberries (hulled and quartered)
15ml Lemon Juice
1 Scoop Strawberry Ice cream
Method:
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and uniform texture.
Garnish:
Strawberry leaf and flower
Valentine's Berry Borrago
Ingredients:
45m Borrago #47 Paloma Blend
30ml The Bristol Syrup Company Raspberry Shrub
30ml Cranberry juice
25ml Lime juice
3-4 each of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries
Top with 75-100ml Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic & Ms. Better’s Bitters miraculous foamer
Method:
Muddle the berries in the base of a shaker with lime juice, add the rest of ingredients except tonic. Add ice and shake well for 30 seconds. Remove the ice with a spoon and dry shake well for 45-60 seconds, double strain into coupe, top with tonic
Pink Pepper Kiss
Ingredients:
3 Big strawberries
4 Basil leaves
Pink Peppercorns
30ml Sugar syrup
30ml Water
25ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend
Aromatic tonic water
Method:
Blend the strawberries, basil leaves, pink peppercorns, sugar syrup and water. Add the Borrago and shake over ice. Strain into an ice filled glass, top with aromatic tonic water.
Garnish:
A basil leaf, some sliced strawberries and a sprinkling of pink

Ingredients:
25ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend
Edible dried rose petals
Alcohol free Rose wine
Tonic Water
Method:
Pour the Borrago and edible dried rose petals into an ice filled glass, top with alcohol free wine and tonic water. Until the taste is balanced
Strawberry sunrise
Ingredients:
25ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend
200ml Indian tonic water
3 Strawberries
Method:
Pour the Borrago over ice top with tonic water and add the strawberries
Blood Orange Bliss
Ingredients:

1Blood Orange
1 teaspoon honey
Dash of sparkling water (or tonic)
Method:
Add juice & zest of blood orange into an ice filled shaker, add the other ingredients, shake & strain, top with dash of sparkling water.
Pink Lady
Ingredients:
25ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend
200ml Fentimans Pink Lemonade
Handful of pomegranate seeds
Lemon Wedge
Method:
Pour 25ml Borrago over a glass full of ice. Added 200ml of Fentimans pink lemonade.
Garnish:
A handful of pomegranates and a lemon wedge.
Raspberry gimlet
Ingredients:
50ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend
5 Raspberries
1 teaspoon sugar syrup
25ml lime juice
Method:
Muddle the raspberries and syrup in the bottom of the shaker. Add the Borrago, lime juice and plenty of ice. Shake well and strain into a pre-chilled glass.
Garnish:
A lime peel and a raspberry
Raspberry Bramble
Ingredients:
Crushed ice
25ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend
15ml blackcurrant syrup
15ml Lemon syrup
crushed raspberries
Method:
Build over crushed ice and top with crushed raspberries
