50ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend
75ml Cloudy Apple Juice
Juice 1/4 Lemon
2 Dashes Sugar Syrup
Muddle the Blackberries in a shaking Glass
Add the Borrago, Juice and Syrup with a Handful of ice. Shake well.
Run a wedge of lemon around the glass rim and coat this with the Cinnamon Sugar Mix.
Strain the cocktail through a sieve into the glass and garnish
