Glass: 

Balloon

Ingredients: 

50ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend 

3 Teaspoon of Fine Sliced Marmalade

15ml Lemon Juice 

25ml Orange Juice 

100ml Ginger Ale

Method:

Shake everything except the Ginger Ale over ice and pour into the glass, making sure you get the marmalade rinds 

Top up with Ginger Ale 

Garnish: 

Orange Slices and Peel
