Espresso Martini

Glass: 

Martini 

Ingredients: 

50ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend 

100ml Cold Expresson/ Strong Coffee

20ml Sugar Syrup 

Method:

Put all of the ingredients in an ice filled shaker and shake hard. You are building the head, so really go for it until it is smooth and creamy. 
Strain into a glass and allow the top to settle before garnishing.
