Glass: 

Collins or Rocks

Ingredients:

50ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend 

1 Teaspoon cherry jam

Pinch cinnamon

100ml Ginger Ale

Garnish: 

Fresh ginger

Method:

Shake the Borrago, jam and cinnamon over ice until chilled and the jam is mixed in. 

Strain over ice. Top with the ginger ale and garnish.
