Mojito

Glass: 

Rocks

Ingredients: 

1tsp Brown Granulated Sugar

Juice of 1 Lime (35ml)

8 Mint Leaves

50ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend 

Sparkling Water to Taste

Method: 

Muddle the sugar, Lime and Mint at the bottom of a glass. 

Add the Borrago and Ice and stir.

Top up with Sparkling Water to taste. 

Garnish: 

Fresh Mint
