Passion Fruit Collins


50ml Borrago #47 Paloma blend

25ml passion fruit juice with the pips

25ml lime juice

15ml sugar syrup

Sparkling water to top up

Lime to garnish


Stir all the ingredients except for the water in a mixing jug over ice. Pour into an ice filled highball glass and top up with a touch of sparkling water


Garnish with lime and serve.
