Ruby Root

Ingredients:

50ml Borrago

50ml Beetroot Juice

25ml Apple juice

1 teaspoon honey

Sparkling water to top up

Two slices of ginger, one to mix and one to garnish

Thyme to garnish

Method: 

Shake the Borrago, beetroot, apple and honey with a slice of ginger over ice. Strain into an ice filled glass. 

Garnish: 

Garnish with ginger and thyme.
