1 Segment Star Anise
1/2 Teaspoon Honey (We use our Own)
25ml Borrago #47 Paloma Blend
100ml Boiling Water
Star Anise Segment and an edible flower
Place the Star Anise and Honey in the glass and pour over the water. Stir to dissolve the Honey and leave to steep for a couple of minutes. Add the Borrago, stir and serve.
